Swedish Massage is well known for its abilities for deep relaxation. This style consists of long strokes (light or medium pressure) that release toxins and tension in the muscles by increasing the body’s oxygen supply. It will help you to reconnect to your inner balance that is missing with our stressful lives.

Integrated Massage
This massage incorporates aspects of Swedish, Acupressure, Deep Tissue, and Lymphatic Drainage to give the individual both relaxation and revitalization. You will be put into a state of relaxation but you will also be able to take care of the day’s business after it. This style is performed in medium to deep pressure.

Reiki Massage
This massage incorporates aspects of Swedish and Reiki (light to medium pressure). It is a deep relaxation technique with long strokes that assists oxygen flow to increase toxin/tension release and Reiki positions that assists with blocked Chi. Massage is performed in 60 and 90 minute for maximum relaxation.

Pre-Natal Massage
During this wonderful time the body is going through many changes, mother’s to be need massage to keep their bodies strong. The massage is performed in a side position with pillows as support to keep both mom and baby comfortable. Massage is performed after the second trimester and is done at 60 and 90 minutes for maximum relaxation.

Sports Massage
An athlete’s world is more then the gym, court, pool, or mat. Sports Massage is the application of Massage and Stretch techniques to the muscle and connective tissues of the body to enhance athletic performance by increasing range of movement, flexibility and relieves muscle soreness. It assists in injury prevention and promotes faster recovery from both training and injury.

Reiki (ray-key) Energy Therapy
Reiki is a Japanese style of touch therapy which assists in maintaining the flow of Chi (life energy) through out the body. It is used to unblock stagnant energy in the physical, mental, and emotional bodies. It is this stagnant energy that produces pain and tension that we feel as increased stress levels and illness.

Spa Services
Head-to-Toe
Pure heaven for the senses, with the choice of peppermint or chocolate. This service includes a head treatment, sugar scrub followed by a massage for the body and a foot treatment. Nothing says “yes, it’s me” like this.

Get yourself wrapped in a cocoon of herbal goodness. Wraps aid the body in releasing toxins through the combination of heat and herbs. They improve circulation and skin tone while putting you in a deep relaxation state.

Hot Stone Massage
Hot Stone is a deep relaxation style that incorporates stones that have been heated. With the addition of the heated stones muscles relax and respond quicker to the benefits of the Swedish Massage. Massage is performed in 60 and 90 minute for maximum relaxation. Please note that the Stone Massage is only held at the Lewisville location.

Detox Session
This session is a combination of 30 minutes in an infrared sauna and a 60 minute massage. The infrared sauna allows your body the release tension with the use of heat as impurities leave your body in the form of sweat which allows the benefits of the massage to be felt deeper and longer. Please note that the Deter Session is only held at the Lewisville location.
